United StatesThe two bottles didn’t arrive frozen, cold or cool..they were warm. One bottle had saturated the brown wrapper it was wrapped in and we threw that away. The other bottle we are using, but the adhesion on that bottle wasn’t completely sealed and there was slight slippage from that as well.
United StatesThe product is excellent but in the two orders I have received the plastic cap was damaged . There needs to be some sort of protective cover over the neck of the bottle to protect the cap during shipping.
