- 1 TB Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate
- 1 TB honey
- 1/2 cup golden balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup walnut oil
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 2 TB shallots, finely diced
- 1/2 tsp pink sea salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients into bottle or jar, and shake until emulsified. Will keep in covered jar in the refrigerator; just bring to room temperature and shake well before serving.
Makes 1 1/4 cups of salad dressing.
